WEDDING LILIANA E BRUNO

Após a publicação no Simplesmente Branco posso finalmente partilhar as fotografias da Hello Twiggs do material gráfico e detalhes que fiz para o doce casamento da Liliana e do Bruno.

Com uma paleta de cores muito feminina e suave criei convites, missais, menus, marcadores mesa e livro de honra. Os corações de origami derão um pormenor especial às mesas e que fazia a ligação ao papel usado para forrar o interior do envelope. Criei ainda umas letras com as iniciais dos noivos em flores artificais nos tons do casamento para adicionar um toque especial à decoração!

Following the publication in Simplesmente Branco i can finally share the photos of Hello Twiggs of graphic material and details that i made for the sweet wedding of Liliana and Bruno.

With a palette of very feminine and soft colors i created invitations, missals, menus, table markers and the guest book. The origami hearts gave a special detail to the tables and made a connection to the paper used to line the inside of the envelope. Still i created some letters with the initials of the bride and groom on artificial flowers in the wedding colors to add a special touch to the decor!

Quando me pedem para fazer um convite para uma comemoração de 50 anos de casados ou bodas de ouro, sabia que tinha que fazer um design bonito, elegante e intemporal. Existe algo de incrivelmente mágico em celebrar tantos anos de uma vida em comum... "A clemência é a chave dos corações"

CONVITE CÁTIA E NUNO = WEDDING INVITATION

Esta semana para não me tornar repetitiva com os posts de flores (que para a semana continuam...por isso fiquem atentos!) fica o convite da Cátia e do Nuno que se vão casar no mês de Agosto. Eles inicialmente queriam um convite tipo bilhete de avião pois o Nuno trabalha na Força Aérea, mas eu achei que mereciam um trabalho mais original e criativo. Depois de muitas conversas sobre a história de amor de ambos e o ambiente que pretendiam no seu casamento, criei então um desenho personalizado que incorporou o "tema" inicial de uma forma romântica sem ser demasiado "girly" com um cheirinho de um tema musical muito querido por ambos!

This week to not become repetitive with posts about flowers (by the way they continue next week ... so stay tuned!) i leave you with the invitation of Cátia and Nuno who are getting married in August. They originally wanted an invitation like a flight ticket because Nuno works in the Air Force, but I thought they deserved a more original and creative work. After many conversations about the love story of both and the environment that they want at their wedding, I created a custom design that incorporated the main "theme" in a romantic way without being too "girly" with a glimpse of a musical theme very dear for them!

CONVITE LILIANA E BRUNO | INVITATION LILIANA E BRUNO

Eu já tínha este convite desenhado para uns noivos que eu "criei", como inspiração para o ano de 2014 para vos dar a conhecer o meu trabalho.

Mas o meu trabalho inspirado encaixou perfeitamente no mote da festa romântica, em tons de rosa e verde da doce Liliana e do Bruno que se vão casar este ano.

Fiz uns pequenos ajustes de cor e acrescentei pormenores muito pessoais para o convite ficar perfeito. Os noivos tinham já comprado um carimbo que encaixou lindamente na parte de trás do convite.

Como fomos a Lisboa, aproveitei para lhes entregar os convites pessoalmente e estivemos todos a finalizar este pequeno pormenor.

É caso para dizer que este convite sempre esteve destinado, eu é que ainda não sabia.

I had designed this invitation for a bride and groom that I "created" as inspiration for the year 2014 to show you my work.

But my inspired work fit perfectly into the romantic party in shades of pink and green from the sweet Liliana and Bruno who will marry this year.

I made some minor adjustments to color and added very personal details for the invitation to be perfect. The grooms had already bought a stamp that fit beautifully on the back of the invitation.

As we went to Lisbon, I took the chance to deliver the invitations personally and together we finalize this little detail.

This invitation was always pre-destinated, but I didn't know it at that time.

O NOSSO CASAMENTO | sara e filipe = OUR WEDDING

O nosso casamento foi no dia 13 de Julho de 2013, com um calor insuportável misturado com uma ameaça de chuva e trovoada. Estávamos calmos e felizes mas muito cansados de tanto trabalhar nos dois dias antes para tudo estar preparado para o grande dia. Adoramos o roxo e como moramos no interior do País decidimos que queríamos apostar num ambiente rústico com um toque moderno porque é também assim que nos vemos.

Deixo-vos as imagens com momentos do dia e vários pormenores da decoração, do material gráfico e das flores.

O casamento já foi publicado no Simplesmente Branco, onde podem ver mais imagens e ler uma entrevista onde são explicados com mais pormenor alguns dos detalhes.

Our wedding was on July 13, 2013, with an unbearable heat mixed with a threat of rain and thunder. We were calm and happy but very tired from working so hard in the two days prior to the big day. We love purple and as we live in the countryside we decided we wanted to bet on a rustic ambience with a modern touch because it is also how we see ourselves.
